Todd is an Evaluation Coordinator in the Assessment, Accountability, and Evaluation Department at the San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE). Having worked at SDCOE since 2008, he supports and builds the capacity of district and site leaders to evaluate the effectiveness of their programs and apply improvement science to improve the implementation and outcomes of these programs. He currently coaches district and school teams working to address the problem of "summer melt" and increase student access to and success in post-secondary education. Prior to SDCOE, he worked as a district administrator and high school assistant principal in Chicago and a high school English teacher in Baltimore.
