·        Develop processes to listen to your institution's greatest assets, your teachers, your staff, and support personnel.
This tool allows folx to move from merely understanding the role of individuals, to understanding the role individuals play in their institutions and systems. Only then can we move to action. This is “the why” in our service to provide enlightening experiences within stakeholder focus groups.
