Erin Dare serves as an Executive Leadership Coach with the San Diego County Office of Education. In this role, she supports San Diego County with professional learning and supports district leaders with leadership development. Prior to working with SDCOE, she was an Elementary School Principal with the Chula Vista Elementary School District for 11+ years. Throughout her career, Erin has lead schools that embrace inclusion, innovation, equity, and biliteracy. Under her leadership, she achieved academic success in diverse, high needs schools. Erin has a deep passion for developing educators who foster an equitable learning environment that allows for all students to succeed.
