Lead an interdisciplinary team of district level instructional leaders to support TK-12 educators and administrators in the second largest school district in California through district-level, site-specific, and personalized educational resources and professional learning. Advance student-centered and equity-based practices through innovative curriculum design and implementation support, scaling best practices in Standards Based Learning, supporting the development of a District Learner (graduate) Profile, and creating a system of Micro-Credentials to increase access and choice for professional learning. Actively work to dismantle systems with inequitable outcomes and design new systems that create the conditions for all students and families to thrive.
