A former band teacher, Christian now works as a central office resource teacher with the Arts Education Project in San Diego Unified School District. The AEP gives elementary classroom teachers PLC release time during the school day by providing member schools a team of arts teachers once a month who teach standards-based arts lessons in fours arts disciplines: dance, music, theater, and visual art. We currently provide arts instruction to 11,000 San Diego students.
